Protein Cookie Dough Bites


My husband likes to ship me about 20 Instagrams DM’s a day with various things he finds, lots of that are recipes!

He not too long ago despatched me these protein cookie dough bites that met my necessities 😉 and I  occurred to have all the elements available and so they seemed easy sufficient, that I believed I would whip some up for us! 

They turned out scrumptious and so they have been tremendous straightforward to make. Nice for a snack or dessert!

The one caveat to this recipe is, in the event you’ve been following me for some time, you understand how I really feel about protein powders, most of them will not be nice for our intestine. With that being mentioned, I am very choosy about protein powders if and after I use them. My favourite one which I’ve discovered and have been utilizing recently is from a model known as Tejari.

  • 1 c. almond flour

  • 1/2 c. nut butter (I used almond butter)

  • 1/2 c. vanilla protein powder ( I exploit this one)

  • 1/4. c Pure maple syrup (NOT pancake syrup, there is a distinction!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips (I used these)
