MALIBU, Calif. — Michael Madsen, whose menacing characters in “Reservoir Canine” and “Kill Invoice” made him a standout in Quentin Tarantino’s movies, has died. He was 67.

Madsen was discovered unresponsive in his residence in Malibu, California, on Thursday morning and pronounced lifeless, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division Watch Commander Christopher Jauregui stated.
