CHICAGO (WLS) — A person has been charged with capturing an 11-year-old boy in a street rage incident following a crash on Chicago’s Northwest Facet earlier this month.
Police mentioned Jeston Harris, 27, was arrested on Sunday after he turned himself in to police.

He’s going through Aggravated Battery/Discharge Firearm and Aggravated Assault/Discharge Firearm fees for the Dec. 13 capturing.
The incident occurred at about 8:27 a.m. within the 1400-block of North Western Avenue.
