A member of a night cleansing crew at a suburban faculty was arrested after chasing two juveniles with a knife and threatening them within the faculty parking zone.
Brandon J. Mumme, a 43-year-old member of a contracted cleansing service that works evenings at Clinton Elementary Faculty in South Elgin, was arrested Friday for pulling a knife and chasing two juveniles after they tried to take photos of his license plate, police mentioned.
