CHICAGO (WLS) — A 17-year-old lady was wounded in a taking pictures exterior a Jewel-Osco grocery retailer within the South Loop Tuesday night time, Chicago police stated.

A witness advised police there was an altercation between the lady and a suspect which turned bodily and a gun went off.
