Chicago police stated John Conway has been charged within the deadly taking pictures of a Wheaton man in Lincoln Park.
CHICAGO (WLS) — A person has been charged with first-degree homicide in a taking pictures in Lincoln Park final week, Chicago police stated.
Police stated 35-year-old John Conway of Chicago turned himself in after police put out a neighborhood alert exhibiting surveillance pictures.

The taking pictures occurred earlier than 4:30 p.m. final Wednesday near Clark Road and Fullerton Avenue.
