CHICAGO – Let’s divide today into two halves.
The morning will characteristic some scattered thunderstorms, able to producing small hail and transient downpours.
Through the second half of the day it’s off to the races with a gusty southwest wind driving excessive temperatures into the mid and even higher 70s. Tonight shall be breezy and delicate beneath principally cloudy skies. Low temperatures shall be within the 50s.

I simply don’t see a lot rainfall within the forecast for tomorrow. A lot of the day shall be principally cloudy and delicate with excessive temperatures near 70 levels. Nevertheless, there shall be what I confer with as a “pneumonia entrance” sliding in from the northeast alongside the lake. That may knock temperatures again dramatically into the 40s and 50s throughout the afternoon, particularly alongside the North Shore.
The upper likelihood of rainfall this weekend is on Sunday when scattered thunderstorms are possible, particularly within the afternoon and early night. Highs on Sunday will vary from the low 50s to the mid 60s throughout our viewing space.
On Monday, it’ll begin colder with highs not removed from 40 and a small likelihood of some snowflakes within the morning.
Tuesday shall be principally cloudy with highs within the 40s earlier than the following storm system arrives with showers on Wednesday and highs within the 50s.
