Border Patrol agent shot, killed throughout visitors cease in Vermont

A United States Border Patrol agent was shot and killed in Vermont on Monday, in accordance with The Division of Homeland Safety. 

What we all know:

The capturing occurred at about 3:15 p.m. native time.

The agent was shot and killed whereas performing a visitors cease in Newport, Vermont, the DHS instructed FOX Information. 

There are two suspects, one among whom is lifeless. 

The FBI will likely be main the investigation. 

The capturing came about on Interstate 91 in Coventry, Vermont and the freeway will likely be closed between exit 27 in Newport and exit 26 in Orleans. Drivers have been suggested to take alternate routes, in accordance with the Vermont State Patrol. 

What we do not know:

The situation of the remaining suspect is unknown right now. 

Officers haven’t acknowledged why the visitors cease was executed and any particulars in regards to the suspect or the agent have but to be launched as of this report.
