BEACH PARK, In poor health. (WLS) — A Waukegan man was arrested after police mentioned he slashed a member of the family with a field cutter on Thanksgiving, based on the Lake Co. Sheriff’s Workplace.

The incident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. at a house within the 10100-block of West California Avenue in Seaside Park.
Officers responded to calls of a person threatening others with a knife. The suspect was recognized as Ricardo Carcamo-Ortega, 28.
Carcamo-Ortega turned violent when his household tried to cease him from driving whereas intoxicated, based on deputies.
Through the argument, he pulled out a field cutter and lower one his member of the family’s arm. The sufferer was not critically injured.
Carcamo-Ortega additionally allegedly broken a car’s tires and chased different members of the family with the weapon.
When deputies arrived, they discovered, Carcamo-Ortega outdoors of the home.
Carcamo-Ortega then ran from deputies, into the basement of the home.
Deputies allegedly discovered the 28-year-old holding a small youngster.
The kid was rapidly rescued, and the person was arrested.
He has been charged with aggravated battery with a lethal weapon; two counts of home battery and legal harm to property.
